HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE BUTCHERS, BAKERS & BARTENDERS
Burger and beer fans can look forward to popular mainstay burgers from Hopdoddy like the Llano Poblano made with an Angus beef patty topped with applewood smoked bacon, Tillamook pepper jack, seared poblanos and chipotle aioli, and the Ahi Tuna featuring a sushi-grade tuna patty topped with sunflower sprouts, nori chips, teriyaki, honey wasabi, mayo and pickled ginger, alongside new menu items like the all-day Breakfast Burger and the rotating Brew Series Burger.
The Brew Series highlights a monthly rotating beer style with pint specials from local craft breweries paired with a specialty burger that has a beer component. In July, guests can expect a spotlight on saisons paired with the Sweet Carolina Burger featuring a pork shoulder patty topped with a crunchy backyard slaw and house made Carolina Gold BBQ sauce infused with a local Saison.
Complementing handcrafted burgers are hand-cut Kennebec and sweet potato fries loaded with toppings like Parmesan Truffle or Hot Honey + Sage. For dessert, handspun shakes from S’Mores to Vanilla Birthday Cake are available. Behind the bar, Hopdoddy offers a variety of margaritas and signature sips made with premium spirits and house-blended liquors. Hop lovers can expect local breweries on tap and a knowledgeable staff to guide pairings.
WE LIVE HERE, WE GIVE HERE
The team at Hopdoddy Nichols Hills looks forward to supporting local nonprofits impacting the Oklahoma City community through its “Goodnight for a Good Cause” giving program. Oklahoma City-area organizations receive $1 of each Goodnight Burger made with Tillamook cheddar cheese, hickory smoked BBQ sauce, fresh jalapenos and caramelized onions. To kick off the Goodnight program in Nichols Hills, Hopdoddy is honored to support the Granville Community Music School, a program of the Opry Heritage Foundation of Oklahoma that provides quality music instruction to children from low-income families for 50 cents per lesson. Granville is modeled after Nashville’s long-running, highly-successful W. O. Smith Community Music School, which is the Goodnight partner at Hopdoddy Nashville. Since 2010, Hopdoddy has raised more than $1,000,000 through the Goodnight for a Good Cause program for partners like Make-A-Wish North Texas in Dallas, Soulsville Foundation’s Stax Music Academy in Memphis, Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock in Phoenix and more.
