Opened in 1995, Cafe 501 is the culmination of Sheree Holloway's love of travel and desire to bring a great restaurant to  Edmond. From its humble beginning as a "little lunch spot," Cafe 501 has become synonymous with a discriminating taste in good wine and great foods. The restaurant offers Sunday brunch as well as lunch and dinner throughout the week. Sheree describes her menu as eclectic European. She and her husband have traveled to France, Italy, South America, Germany and Austria and have collected thousands of ideas for recipes. Chef Noureddine Bennai adds his own Moroccan influence to the menu and has been an integral part of 501's transformation into one of the Metro's finest places to dine.
